The swing arm stamping manipulator, also called robotic arm stamping manipulator is an arm-like structure of an industrial robot, which is specially designed for automatic stamping. This manipulator is responsible for loading and unloading of press machine or moving products between presses.

Adopts self-developed robot control algorithm to realize linkage control of each axis. Based on the feeding characteristics of the stamping industry, it automatically generates optimal motion trajectories. Action description:up and down axis: Realize upward retrieving and downward positioning discharge and solve the height difference of the working surface between the two processes.
Swing axis (left and right axis): Realize the left and right transfer of products between the two processes.
Front and rear axles (telescopic axles): Realize the flexible transfer of products between two processes. The robot can be flexibly placed between the two press machines. The distance change is adjusted by stretching this axis.
Flip axis: Realize the front and back of the product are turned 180 degrees separately, Solve the flipping and tilting discharge between product processes (Four axis without this axis).
Calibration axis (Machine head rotation axis): Realize the direction adjustment of the product between the two processes. Cooperate with the front and rear axles to achieve fast and precise positioning.
