- Suitable for square, circular pieces or irregular shape material (customized material station/correction table based on requirements).
- The material rack positions, splits and feeds the metal sheet to the calibration table, where the stamping robots picks the material from. It has two stations. When one station is used up, it will switch to the other station automatically. When one station is working, you can load material to the other one. Therefore there is no need to stop the production line to load material.
- Effectively addressing continuous feeding issues in the production process.
- Equipped with a material-discharging arm (for "straight-in" machine models), which can directly feed pre-positioned pieces into the punch press mold.
- Utilizes a servo motor in conjunction with a precision planetary reducer for high-speed and stable feeding, ensuring quick and accurate positioning.
- Employs a hydraulic lifting system for material support, capable of carrying heavier materials with stability and reliability.
- PLC automatic controller ensures precise control of the material bin's lifting height, guaranteeing that the pickup surface is always at the same height.
- Features material stacking and separation functions: magnetic spreading, tooth scraping, and air blowing configurations can be selected based on material characteristics.
- Includes double-sheet detection function: equipped with a double-sheet detection controller to ensure that each material pickup results in a single-sheet effect.
- Incorporates automatic calibration function: the calibration device can adjust the position of the material, ensuring that the robot picks up the material at the same location.
- Optional installation of oil spraying, rolling oil, and oiling devices based on requirements. The PLC automatic controller precisely controls the oil output, ensuring effective coverage of the material surface, saving resources, reducing costs, and protecting the environment.
