NC servo-motor feeder

The feeder is powered by servo-motor with the advantages of more feeding accuracy and simple operation. The PLC system helps the feeder moves stable.

While the feed length required more than 200mm, NC roller feeder is more suitable comparing with the other feeders. It’s more stable and with longer service life.

The feeder is suitable for the feeding of thick material, the material is not only clamped by the spring, but cylinder, so the fraction doubled, there will be less sliding while feeding.

There are some special products required the feed length changed in regular in one circle, such as the producing of chair in railway waiting-room, which needs 50 steps to feed 20mm in length, and 1 step to feed 200mm. Only the servo-motor and PLC system are capable of such function.

The crisscrossing type NC feeder is designed to move in X and Y double direction, it’s specially used for the producing of round products, such as silicon steel, saws and so on, in order to save the raw material.

The releasing of the feeder is controlled by cylinder, but the speed is limited within 80 times per minute. In order to match the high speed pressing, we choose the mechanical releasing which is more stable while the speed is over 80 but within 300 times per minute.
