Six folds hydraulic precision levelers, also named hydraulic straightener or hydraulic leveler, is a machine that can level nonferrous metal plates, mirror plates, gold plating plates, stamping parts, laser cutting parts, flame cutting parts and other plates, sheet metal and metal parts which needs high precision in surface leveling. This leveler can work separately and also can work with uncoiler and power press to be part of stamping line. When working separately, this leveler can level stamped finished products, especially in the saw blade and chain industry.

Features of hydraulic straightener
Common defects of ordinary leveling
1. Ordinary leveler can't level high strength material, because its rolls diameter is large and the equipment inflexibility is insufficient
2. It's easy to generate indentation when leveling some special materials, such as mirror sheet
3. Limited by roller spacing and roller clearance, it is easy to cause sunk defects of work pieces and make it difficult to feed.
4. It's easy to generate camber when leveling flat steel.
