How to solve the problem of sheet warping when feeding thin material within 1mm in press feeding line

In traditional stamping production line, it’s composed of one set of 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder and press machine. When dealing with medium and thick steel coil, this production line runs well. When dealing with very thin material, especially material below 1mm thickness, it does not work very well. The material is too thin, and it might warp when the servo feeder feeds into press. The steel coil warping reduces feeding accuracy and production efficiency. Our solution to this is adding a special servo feeder called “Front-mounted servo feeder”. This front- mounted servo feeder is installed between 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder and press. It can work synchronously with the 3 in 1 feeder and feed the steel coil smoothly and directly into the press. We are few mills that make the front-mounted servo feeder.
